Reset a forgotten password

We send a code rather than a link, because email security tools sometimes open links before you can.

Three steps

  1. Ask for a code

    On Sign in, choose Forgot password?. Enter your Email and choose Email me a code.

  2. Enter the code and a new password

    Type the 8-digit Code from the email, then your New password and Confirm new password.

  3. Save

    Choose Save new password. You're signed in.

You're done when

You're signed in with your new password.

If something's not right

It says the code is wrong or has expired

Check you're using the code from the latest email, or send a new one.

No code arrives

Check spam for an email from support@pagetruth.com. If you created the account with Google or Microsoft, there's no password to reset: use the same button to sign in.
