The owner

The person who created the knowledge base. Its usage counts against the owner's plan, wherever the questions come from: the help center, the widget, the API or the playground.

Admins

Admins manage knowledge, settings and the team. Give admin to the people who look after your docs and support.

Members

Members use the playground. It's useful for support agents who want quick, cited answers while they reply to customers.
