Each knowledge base is isolated
Every knowledge base has its own search index. A question can only ever search the knowledge base it was asked in. Your files are stored privately and opened through short-lived links only.
Who can see what
Your team sees what their role allows. Customers see answers, the passages they cite, and source files only if you allow it.
Deleting your data
Deleting a knowledge base deletes its files, index, articles and conversations. To delete your whole account, write to support@pagetruth.com.
