Brand your help center

Customers should feel they're still on your product. Five fields under Brand do that.

Five steps

  1. Open the brand settings

Choose Help center in the sidebar. Brand is the first section.

  2. Upload your logo

Under Logo, upload a square or wide logo. It shows in the help center's header and in the widget.

  3. Name the product and link back to your site

Product name is how the help center introduces your product. Product website is the "Back to" link in the header, so customers can return to your site.

  4. Pick your brand colour and theme

Brand colour is used for buttons, links and the citation numbers. Theme is light, dark, or Match the visitor’s system.

  5. Save

Choose Save changes. The preview shows the result.

You're done when

The preview shows your logo, your colour on the buttons and citation numbers, and the "Back to" link in the header.

If something's not right

My colour makes the text hard to read

Pick a darker shade. Buttons put white text on your brand colour, so very light colours read poorly.

The logo looks blurry

Upload a larger image or an SVG. It's displayed small, but high-density screens need about twice the pixels.
