Change or cancel your plan

Three steps

  1. Open Billing

    Choose Billing under Account in the sidebar.

  2. Switch to another paid plan

    Choose Switch to … on the plan you want, then confirm in the panel that opens. Your subscription changes straight away and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.

    To move between monthly and yearly, set the switch above the cards, then choose your plan.

  3. Cancel

    Choose Downgrade on the Free plan and confirm. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free.

    Changed your mind? Choose Keep my plan on Billing any time before then.

You're done when

Billing shows the new plan, or shows when your current plan ends.

If something's not right

I'm over the Free plan's limits after cancelling

Nothing is deleted. Knowledge bases and sources over the Free limits stay as they are, but you can't add more until you're under the limit or upgrade again.
