How accurate are the answers?

PageTruth is built so you can check every answer.

Answers come only from your sources

For each question, PageTruth finds the most relevant passages in your knowledge base and gives the AI only those. It's told to answer from them and nothing else. Your custom instructions can change the tone, never that rule.

Every claim carries a citation

Citations come from the AI's own record of which passage supported which sentence. Each one resolves to a real document and page, so customers can read on and your team can check it in one click.

It says when it doesn't know

When nothing in your docs is relevant, customers get your fallback message and your hand-off button instead of a guess. The question goes to Insights as a content gap.

Documents are evidence, not instructions

Text inside your documents can't take over the assistant. A document that says "ignore your instructions" is treated as content to quote, not a command.

What still goes wrong

An answer is only as good as its source. Out-of-date pages, two versions of the same document, or information that's only in an image are the usual causes of a poor answer. Answers are wrong or missing walks through each.
